i thought i was getting a luxurious king suite, but the mattress felt like a futon, and only one thin sheet just didn’t cut it. i was expecting a complimentary upgrade as a gesture of goodwill, but guess i’m not that special here. almost left a good review, but truly couldn't with the freezing sleep.

Just a fine choice for a weekend jaunt in Houston with all in all brilliant value for money. The heater worked great, keeping the room nice and cozy. Bring your own blanket for extra comfort.

Amazing Room Upgrade with a Jacuzzi!

Our stay here was quite pleasant! We were upgraded to a King Suite with a jacuzzi tub, which made the experience feel luxurious. The room was very clean, everything worked perfectly, and the pricing was a steal. However, I wish there had been a warmer blanket available as the bed setup was a bit lacking.
